Directions:

1. Remove burnt on food and grease with an approved scraper.
2. Ensure that the surface is COOL.
3. Spread Cercalen_TM sparingly onto the surface.
4. Rub well with a clean paper towel.
5. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry with a clean paper towel.
   NB: Always clean your Ceramic Cooktop IMMEDIATELY if sugar (including spreads/jams/syrups) plastic or aluminium foil melts onto the surface
6. Finish with a coating of CercalenTM Protector!

• FIRST TIME USERS, should apply 3-4 coats of Protector onto a cleaned cooktop.

• SILVER DIP SHOULD NOT COME INTO CONTACT WITH STAINLESS STEEL
• Dip item into Silver Dip for 10 seconds, if tarnish has not disappeared dip again for a further 10 seconds up to a maximum of 20 seconds.
• If article is too large to dip, soak a cotton ball in Silver Dip and swab item.
• Immediately wash item in soapy water and rinse well.
• Dry and polish item with a soft cloth.
• Wash hands thoroughly after use.

Important Information:
DO NOT USE SILVER DIP: on Stainless steel, Iron, Chrome plate, Artificially Antiqued or oxidized Silver, Pearls or Porous Metals. Never dip silver items with a bubbled surface or if the plate has worn through to underlining metal. If in doubt refer to item manufacturer for suitability.

Helpful hint:
Most knives in modern silver sets have stainless steel blades. When using Silver Dip ensure only the silver handle is immersed in the liquid.

All it takes is one wash with a pouch of CERACLENTM powder once a month! Here’s how:
For the first time user, this process will need to be repeated one week after the first use and then on going on a monthly basis.

1. Remove all laundry items from your washing machine.
2. Switch on the POWER.
3. set the controls for a REGULAR wash cycle (or CLEAN [ME] cycle for a High-Efficiency [HE] autowasher).
4. Select Hot Water setting.
5. Pour in the entire contents of the CERACLENTM pouch: - For a HE machine, add into the detergent dispenser. - For a Top Loader, pour straight into the wash bowl/basket. - For a Front Loader, add into the detergent dispenser.
6. Press START.
7. For Top and Front loaders, stop machine before the rinse cycle and leave to soak overnight.
8. After soaking, drain the machine and run the machine through a regular cycle with hot water (it is not recommended that you wash clothes during this process).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If odour problem or heavy visible residue already exists DO NOT launder delicate or white articles after the first clean. CONTAINS PHOSPHATES, NOT SUITABLE FOR SEPTIC TANKS.
